Rules of Play

Welcome to Trip 2 Town – Let’s Play Safely!

To help everyone have a fun and safe visit, please take a moment to read our play rules:

  1. Grown-Up Supervision
    Trip 2 Town is a parent-led play space. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. We do not accept liability of children playing alone. Also we would like to remind adults the play space is built for smaller children so please bear this in mind when entering the Mini Buildings

  2. Bookings & Sessions
    Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to move your session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

  3. Shoes & Socks
    Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children.

  4. Café Food & Drink
    Any food or drink purchased at Trip 2 Town should be enjoyed outside of the play space please. We do not allow any food or drink not purchased at Trip 2 Town

  5. Play Time
    Each visit includes a 90-minute play session. If you arrive late, you’re still very welcome to join in, but sessions will finish at the scheduled end time, which includes a 5minute warning Tidy Up Song to let children know its the end of session.

  6. Our Toys & Equipment
    Please help us look after Trip 2 Town by leaving all toys and equipment behind when you leave.

  7. Personal Belongings
    Please keep an eye on your personal items, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

  8. Accidents & First Aid
    In the unlikely event of an accident or injury, please let a member of our team know straight away so we can help.

  9. Prams & Buggies
    For everyone’s safety, prams and buggies may be asked to not be brought into the play area café

  10. Kindness Matters
    We ask everyone to be kind and respectful. Abusive language or behaviour towards our team or other visitors won’t be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.
